Returns and Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a partial refund (excluding shipping costs). We do not pay the return shipping costs. If you return an item, shipping costs will be your expense. This is due to most of our shipments having an extremely high shipping cost of $50,100,150,200,250, etc. for a typical one-way shipment.

Once your order is placed, you have 2 hours from time of the order time to contact us and cancel your order for a full refund or to void your order.

We do not allow refunds or exchanges accepted without the authorized approval from each individual manufacturer. After you receive your item and assembled the product, we do not accept returns. If your item has been assembled, driven and used in any way, we cannot accept the return.

If your product has been approved and authorized for a return due to being defective, damaged upon receipt or for any other reason, you as the customer are still responsible for all shipping costs whether they are back to the manufacturer and/or for a new shipment back to your door. This is due to extremely high shipping costs and industry related manufacturer policies.     

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Can I legally own one of these vehicles in my state?

We can confirm that the vehicles sold on this site are legally permitted to be used in most states. We acknowledge the fact that the state laws regulating the use of scooters and these types of vehicles vary, and there might be limitations in some states concerning the use and registration of these products. Please confirm with your local DMV to get the accurate information relating to the requirements needed for registration, age limits, applicable helmet laws. If you are in California, you will require a C.A.R.B (California Air Resolution Board) approval before you can legally own yours.

What is the requirement for assembly?

Considering the assembly level is about 85%-95%, the expertise of a certified technician can be sought to assist you with the assembly. If you are familiar with these parts, you can easily assemble the parts together in a short while. There are no mechanical aspects that will exceed your knowledge.

Where can I find replacements parts for my vehicle?

We spare parts available in our warehouse. If we do not have what you want in stock, it will be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Please note that issues concerning parts under warranty will be handled by our customer support team.  Please see My GoKarts warranty policy for more details.

Why is it mandatory to include your billing address if you pay with credit card?

We have taken the necessary measures to protect our clients from credit card fraud, hence we will only ship order paid for with credit cards to the billing address on your credit card. It you need your order delivered to another address of your choice, we will require you to make your payments by money order/cashier’s check or a funds transfer only.


Why the states are charged sales tax?

The residents in Wisconsin pay 5.5% sales tax.



How secure is the My GoKarts, LLC website?

We acknowledge the importance of security for everyone who regularly conducts financial transactions on the internet. Every transaction done on our website is processed through our secure servers that have been encrypted with 128 bit technology. Our employees will professionally take over the transaction whilst securing your data with the best security measures.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered after an order is made?

Our system has been designed to process and ship out every order within 1-2 business working days from the date of payment. We estimate the transit to take about 7-12 working days depending on the distance of your address from our warehouse. We do not ship out products on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed during the holidays will be processed at a slightly longer time frame (3-4 days); however the delivery will be made within 10-14 working days.

Does your delivery cover areas like Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, we will ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however there will be additional costs to cover the freight charges. You can get the information concerning the total costs from our friendly customer care support team before you place an order.


Will I get an alert or email once my order ships out?

We generate the tracking number after the order has been processed; this takes 1-2 working days. You’ll get an e-mail with tracking number. Please note that all deliveries to residential addresses will be facilitated by the freight company, you will be contacted by their staff to make the arrangements for delivery.


What can be done if my order is damaged or lost?

It is quite unfortunate that there might be a case of lost or damaged packages. You must carefully inspect your delivery before signing for it, if you notice a damage it should be documented on the delivery receipts from the freight company.

1. inspect your package and note any damages, this should be acknowledged on the delivery receipt as a proof that it was damaged on transit or the damage claim will be voided.

2. Please make sure to report any damages to My GoKarts, LLC via email within three days of delivery; this is a strict time frame. [email protected]

3. Please document the damage by taking pictures of the damaged areas and keep the packaging in which your delivery was made, briefly describe the damage and include your order name, shipping address. Send this information to [email protected] within three days of delivery.

4. We will file a damage claim citing the shipping company at fault. The claim will be investigated by a representative from the shipping company.


How do I go about the registration of my vehicle? Am I entitled to a title?

To start the process of registering your vehicle, you should request a Manufacturers statement of origin (MSO) from our e-mail [email protected], subject line MSO,. Your request for the Manufacturers Statement of Origin will be processed within 5-7 days. You will also get a Bill of sale and invoice for the registration process. We are happy to announce to you that we will process the MSO free of charge (other companies charge as much as $45 to process and MSO). We value our customers that much. There might be special requirements for some of the vehicles on our website demanded by some states before the registration can commence. Please check with your local DMV to get the details for a registration before you place an order.


Why is the MSO not included in the package when it is shipped out to me?

We avoid shipping the MSO with the package for security reasons. If it gets into the wrong hands, they can register the vehicle under their names. All orders are shipped out through third party LTL trucking companies; there have been cases of lost packages in the past. This is why we prefer to send the MSO via email after the package has been received by the rightful owner. Our staff have been well trained to process title papers, this will fast track the processing of your MSO which will be sent to you within a very short period to enable you register your vehicle.
